To complete payment and reserve your spot for Adventure Beach Camp:

2.  After you have registered you will receive an email from us letting you know whether your child has been accepted. The camp is currently limited to 20 participants: a maximum of 10 boys and 10 girls ages 10-13. If you have registered but not received an email, please contact us at

3. Please review our Refund Policy:

* All cancellations will be charged a ¥10, 000 processing fee.

  • If you cancel prior to 27 April- 100% refund
  • If you cancel between April 28th and May 10:
    • If there is not a waiting list:
      • we can not offer a refund because camp funds will already be in use unless you find someone to fill your spot 
    • If there is a waiting list:
      • 100% refund (minus processing fee)
  • After 10 May -   no refunds are available

4. If your child has been accepted, you can complete payment by following the steps below:

For domestic (Japan) bank transfer please use the following options:

  1. Visit any local bank in Japan to complete a domestic bank transfer to the following account:
