When do Warehouse Sessions take place?
Our inaugural 2016 session will take place July 24th-30th.
Where is the Camp Located?
The Warehouse Sessions are housed in a former logging mill just off the North Country Trail in Upper Peninsula's Marquette, MI. We're 10 minutes from the city in one direction, ten minutes from Hiawatha National Forest in the other direction, (and 10 minutes from ice cream in an entirely other direction).
How much does it cost?
What do participants do?
Each session is devoted to a project that requires participants to build something. We use power tools, hand tools, and we sift through a lot of junk and reclaimed building materials to make it all happen.
Afternoons are spent swimming at the nearby waterfall, mountain-biking to the sandpit, jumping off rope swings into the Dead River and perusing the local terrain for wildlife. In the evening we gather around a concrete block campfire.
